How to do it
- 1Stand tall on a stable floor.
- 2Step one foot back softly.
- 3Lower only to a comfortable depth while the front knee tracks over the foot.
- 4Push through the front foot to return, then switch sides.
Common mistakes
- · Letting the front knee collapse inward
- · Requiring the back knee to hit the floor
